How Custom Solutions handles business contact details, technical case information and uploaded files.
Last updated: 16 August 2026 · v2026-08-16
1. Controller and contact
Custom Solutions is a pre-launch B2B technical continuity service preparing to operate in Belgium. It acts as controller for personal data collected through this website and its launch-client application form.
Privacy contact: omkdevelopers@gmail.com. The legal identity details shown in the legal notice will be completed before commercial activity begins.
2. Data we collect
We collect the business contact details and case information you provide: name, role, company contact details, machine and part information, requested timing, measurements, specifications and the consequence of non-replacement.
You may upload photographs, drawings, CAD files and other technical evidence. Those files can contain personal data incidentally. Please do not send special-category personal data or unrelated personal information.
Our hosting and security providers may process limited technical connection data, such as IP address, request metadata and security logs, to deliver and protect the site.
3. Purposes and legal bases
We use request data to assess whether your case fits the pre-launch service, answer you and, only if an appropriate next step is agreed, prepare a quotation. The basis is steps taken at your request before a contract and performance of a contract where applicable.
We use limited security and operational data to keep the website and intake process reliable and secure. The basis is our legitimate interest in operating and protecting the service.
We keep invoicing and accounting records where required by law. We do not use form data for direct marketing, advertising, profiling or automated decision-making.
4. Recipients, processors and transfers
We use Cloudflare Pages (Cloudflare, Inc.) for website delivery and Supabase (EU project region: Frankfurt) for the assessment database, private file storage and submission function. We may also use email, accounting and professional IT providers needed to operate the service.
Where necessary to carry out an agreed project, we may share the minimum technical information with a specialist manufacturing partner bound by confidentiality and used only for that project.
Some providers may process limited data outside the EEA. Where an international transfer is involved, we rely on the provider’s applicable transfer mechanism and safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. We do not sell or rent personal data.
5. Retention
Unsuccessful or inactive assessment requests and their uploaded files are kept for up to 24 months after the last meaningful contact, then deleted or anonymised unless a longer period is needed to establish, exercise or defend a legal claim.
For an accepted project, technical records are kept for the period agreed in the project scope. Invoices, accounting records and supporting documents are retained for the period required by applicable Belgian law, which may be 10 years.
6. Your rights
You may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, objection or portability where the GDPR provides those rights. Contact omkdevelopers@gmail.com; we may ask for enough information to verify your identity.
You may also lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (APD/GBA), Rue de la Presse 35, 1000 Brussels, or through its official website.
7. Security and changes
We use access controls, private file storage and organisational measures appropriate to the service. No internet transmission or storage system can be guaranteed completely secure. Contact us before sending unusually sensitive technical material so that an appropriate route can be agreed.
We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. The version and update date displayed on this page identify the current policy.
