Pre-launch in Belgium — for industrial maintenance companies
KEEP THE REPAIR.EVEN WHEN THE PARTIS GONE.
When an unavailable part blocks your customer's repair, send us the case. We review the evidence, identify a responsible recovery route and help you avoid turning the job down.

01
THE PART IS DISCONTINUED
The machine is still working. The manufacturer stopped making the part.
02
THE LEAD TIME IS TOO LONG
The replacement exists. But it arrives in weeks.
03
THE OEM PRICE DOESN'T MAKE SENSE
A small component has become an expensive procurement problem.
04
THE ORIGINAL DESIGN WAS NEVER RIGHT
The replacement exists, but the original weakness remains.
Your machine doesn't care whether the part came from the original manufacturer.
It cares whether the function works.
[The technical decision]
START WITH THE PART.MAKE THE RIGHT DECISION.
We first check whether a reasonable replacement already exists. When it does not, we turn the available evidence into a documented route to restore the required function.
ASSESS
We identify the machine, the required function, the consequence of failure and what can still be sourced.
CAPTURE
We work from the original part, measurements, photographs, drawings and accessible interfaces. Photos can start the diagnosis; they do not promise hidden geometry.
RECONSTRUCT
We rebuild nominal geometry and record what is measured, inferred, standard or confirmed.
SELECT THE ROUTE
FDM is one option. CNC, SLS, MJF, elastomer, a commercial alternative or another route may be more appropriate.
PROTOTYPE & VALIDATE
The agreed scope may be geometry, fit-check or a defined functional qualification. These are not the same promise.
MAKE
The approved route is manufactured with the evidence and limits of the project kept visible.
DOCUMENT & REORDER
The resulting specification, files and accepted scope can support future orders without starting from zero.

01
Recover now
PART RESCUE
A repair is blocked by one unavailable part.
We first look for the reasonable alternative. If it does not exist, we assess the evidence, reconstruct what is needed and define an appropriate recovery route.
- Rescue Express
- Section Rescue
02
Recreate & Produce
REVERSE & PRODUCE
You have a part, but no CAD-ready route to make it.
We reconstruct nominal geometry, select the process around the real function and document what has been measured, inferred and validated.
- Reverse & Produce
03
Digital continuity
DIGITAL CONTINUITY
Protect critical parts before the next failure exposes the gap.
We convert selected references into governed, reproducible specifications and identify the parts worth protecting before they become an urgent problem.
- Digital Part Vault
- Obsolescence Audit
Five service modules
THE RIGHT RESPONSE STARTS WITH THE RIGHT CASE.
Each module has a defined outcome and validation scope. We will say when a standard replacement, another process or no project is the more responsible decision.
RESCUE EXPRESS
A recovery route for an unavailable part blocking work now.
Explore 02SECTION RESCUE
Replace the worn or broken section when the full assembly does not need replacing.
Explore 03REVERSE & PRODUCE
From incomplete evidence to a documented route for the function required.
Explore 04DIGITAL PART VAULT
Preserve selected references as governed, reproducible technical assets.
Explore 05OBSOLESCENCE AUDIT
Identify which parts deserve protection before they become urgent.

A maintenance company calls
01 / 04“Our customer's manufacturer discontinued the plastic guide.”
Our first response
Review evidence → define critical interfaces → agree the next technical route.
A maintenance company calls
02 / 04“The original bracket keeps cracking during our customer's operation.”
Our first response
Understand the failure → define the constraints → assess a responsible recovery route.
A maintenance company calls
03 / 04“We need to restore a sensor mount before the next intervention.”
Our first response
Collect dimensions → clarify the function → scope a suitable technical response.
A maintenance company calls
04 / 04“We need one replacement part, not an OEM assembly.”
Our first response
Assess availability and risk → establish whether a one-off route is sensible.
